Integro Insurance Brokers Ltd

I used this company for a few years to broker buildings insurance as it took over my previous brokerage firm. Renewal documents for uncompetitive premiums were sent annually with mo reference to other options. In my opinion there was no convincing evidence that Integro was even looking at my details/requirements. I obtained direct cover from the same underwriter for 1/3 of the renewal quote from integro as well as other much cheaper options for the same cover.

In dealing with my complaint Integro kept asking me to provide historical details of my claims history. As the company would have had my full history going back more than 10 years this was surprising. If a broker claims to be looking for the best policy for a customer it should be reviewing the claims history and requirements each year.

Sadly my experience of Integro is a company that simply sends out renewal documents and claims a brokerage fee from the underwriting insurer. I would advise anyone looking for an effective or reliable broker to look elsewhere.
