Very friendly staff to speak to on the phone, however they weren't competitive on cost. They quoted over double what I am paying at the moment with my current car insurance provider.

Over the years we've all moved to using comparison sites to get the cheapest quote, yet that isn't always the best approach. A Plan have actually ended up providing better value at a good price so can't complain. Two cats and the house insured with them now, very happy. Cars, obviously. Not cats. Cats just seemed funnier when it first popped up.

Peter and the team in Bury St Edmunds office were extremely helpful to me after a recent car accident- they went the extra mile to make sure that all my claims went through without too much fuss and this helped to ease the upset I felt after the incident
I cannot fault them in the handling of my claim and for also assisting with the insurance on my replacement vehicle
They may not be the cheapest insurers but at least they are real people who you can sit down with and discuss your requirements face to face which is very rare these days
