This company has processed and fraudulent credit agreement using my name and address. And I can't get a phone number to speak to anyone. No apologies forthcoming. They're just wanting my actual phone number to send me a link. Looks very dodgy. If someone calls me back and sorts this out then great I will remove this.

Has anyone been able to get through to these? I've been trying for the past week! I've even asked them to call me back but nothing!!

Van Line Direct is who this business trades as and there are no humans answering phones just ‘bots’ unless you find this Head Office number. There are hidden charges to everything which even the phone operators can’t explain as well as 30% premium hike if you choose to pay monthly! Avoid and go to a more reputable agent with more transparency.
