The locksmith who turned up was brilliant. Knowledgeable and communicative and resolved my problem as soon as he could.

Sadly the control room was the opposite. Couldn’t give any clear any idea of when he would arrive (1.5 hrs after they originally quoted, but couldn’t give any updates). They also said it would be a quick simple job - it wasn’t.

Clear case of over-promising and under delivering by control room - while charging extortionate amounts of money.

Lost my keys on the beach during a family holiday. The person on the phone was very helpful and sent someone to me within 2 hours. 1 hour after that I had 2 keys and the holiday was back on track, to my great relief.
Great service and a small cost to avoid a total holiday disaster, especially considering I was 300 miles from home.

very disappointed with this company. We lost our car keys and needed help with a new one. When we called we were told to make the payment of front before any work was done and due to the fact that we were desperate we paid £240 upfront for the payment of one key and was told that we could check our car to see if we had our spare key inside and if not call to pay an extra £40 for a second copy. We was promised a receipt straight away which never came after contacting back for the receipt we were told it was going to come and we would have to wait till the next day. They arrive over an hour late and having checked the car my husband realise our spare key was not there. When we asked for a second copy, the guy said he only had one and couldn't do it. we called up the office and was told that we would have to pay for another call out like its a new job. So so unhappy about this. I have never written a bad review before. very deceptive and unprofessional. Avoid! They don't deserve the 1 star but need to put at least that for the review.

Needed to make a claim for lost car key on my car insurance and Soter were the handling company, acting on behalf of my insurance company. Claiming was easy with a quick phone call and they kept me informed by both text and email and gave me a claim reference number. A locksmith was organised the same day of my claim and came out to my car and provided me with a fully working new remote car key! Great service, very happy!

Absolutely fantastic service by the Soter "We got your keys" team. Special mention to John and Nicky. These gents spend all day driving up and down the country to make sure you can get back into your car.

They were professional, punctual and kept me informed the whole way. 20 mins after they pulled up in their work van to get a brand new key coded and made. Fantastic

Spoke with the team who had a locksmith out to me within an hour (after I'd managed to lock my keys in the car). Issue resolved within minutes when he arrived. Great service throughout

Super fast response from the control room and the locksmith. The locksmith prioritised getting me back into the car as we were catching a flight. He was also brilliant at pulling bags through from the boot as the seats were designed not to release without the electronic key.
Going home and back for the spare key would have added 6 hrs driving to our day and we wouldn’t have made the flight. Thanks guys for a great job !
