Excellent and efficient service after I claimed for a broken laptop. The claim was handled quickly by the NFU, and their partners had me up and running with a new Laptop within a week. Minimal fuss and no quibbles.

Recently had an underground water leak and got in contact with the Nfu who got on the job straight away from my phone call and had somebody there within days to complete the job very efficient company very clean didn’t leave no mess and very happy with my dealings with the Nfu

A month ago my hot water cylinder burst in the night releasing gallons. That was repaired but NFU took the load off my shoulders, arranged for the rooms to be dried out and the subsequent repairs scheduled, all when our land lines were down as well and I was at my wits end. They could not have been more helpful.
