Cancelled my policy. I can't speak about pax as such but the company that deals with claims (Davis group ltd) are shocking. Genuinely invest in insurance else where. Check out the reviews that Davis group Ltd to see for yourself.

Sold pax travel insurance with the sales patter that we know the issues the military face with cancelled leave etc don't worry we got you covered.

Well when my military flight was delayed out of Diego Garcia to Bahrain causing me to miss my civi connecting flight, these worms didn't want to pay out. Yeah sorry we don't cover delayed military flights.. .. I'm left out of pocket cheers pax.

This rip off company should be banned from stating they are military focused cos they don't give 2 squirts of piss about us.

- customer support makes my blood boil as they are slow in replying to emails.
- late in reimbursing my money for my phone and I’m talking like nearly a month. I was told someone was going to call in regards to it but no one did and I had to call them to ask for my money
- quick in taking our payments monthly but late in dealing with our issues

They are RIP OFF BRITAIN.I never thought I would ever be in this situation. I insured myself thinking that I was covered, but when I had an injury and put in a claim it was rejected saying that I didn’t have an accident. Please guys insure yourself with pax at your own risk. This people tell you good nothing then at the end they rip you off. I have learnt it the hard way.

Although they offer a vast amount of services the prices are expensive. I have also heard bad reviews from friends who have pax.

I was injured In Afghanistan in 2010 (contact IED) I sustained a complex dislocated right shoulder, the AFCS seen fit to award me £18500 however after increasing my cover before tour and being a customer of pax for nearly 5 years at the time they awarded no personal accident compensation. Once pressed for details why, there response was a dislocation is not an orthopaedic injury. They argued blind with a orthopaedic specialist that he was wrong. I can’t honestly believe any commanding officer or head of establishment allows access on camps. I am now an instructor at training establishment and these parasites are regularly perched in the Naffi or cookhouse. I am sure there is some sort of back hand deals being done with the COC to continue to allow these vultures access to our service personal which quite frankly needs to stop, troops stay clear and certainly shop around!

Made a claim on my laptop in May and the laptop was collected for repair in June. It’s been nearly 4 1/2 months and I still don’t have the laptop back or know where they have taken it. I’ve complained many times but still haven’t got anywhere with it. Terrible company.

By far the worst and most unprofessional firm i've ever had to deal with , i made a claim for my lost phone which was covered under kit insurance and 5 months later still no communication as to what's happening with a replacement, avoid at all costs !!!
