After initially talking to Mark and being given some great advice, a wonderful member of his staff called Steven, followed up with me , and guided me through what could have been a complicated insurance quote and subsequent policy. We started using Bluedrop services after a very bad experience with a previous broker, this company has been a godsend to us and they continue everyday without fail to go the extra mile.

They steal people's money and they don't insure people ,last time Cris called me saying that give him my bank details he said just checking but the won't take any transaction nexting u know they took my money and they didn't isnure me an they didn't wanna return my money either. So be careful

If I could I will give zero star. My restaurant caught fire in March. Since then I have not heard anything from them, not even an update. When I call they give different phone numbers to call. seems like no one knows whats happening with my claim. I will not renew my insurance. Just stay away

One of if not the best insurance company in the country, I've been with a few over the last 14yrs and never has it been so easy to Contact a member of the team who know there job and the insurance industry, Martin and Pamela who I always deal with are a credit to them, will never have to shop about again.

2nd Year with this Broker will never need to shop around again.
