Stanhope Insurance

Stanhope insurance are a very proactive company. Helpful polite and friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble. It is especially nice to be able to actually speak to a person directly who can deal with your enquiries effectively, rather than a generic question answering robot. I Highly recommend their service!

Struggling with Stanhope at the moment. Great last year when a new customer and taking out a new policy- responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. Now at the point of renewal, I am chasing and not hearing back. Concerned that they have gone from being very on the ball when I was a new customer to now not sending so much as even a holding reply! Will telephone tomorrow but that will be my third chaser. Better service expected.

Having had our Buildings Insurance cancelled immediately on telling our mainstream insurer that we were having work done on our property with no alternative cover being offered, we urgently set about looking for a policy that would cover us. One company quoted online but needed to consult underwriters - luckily we did not wait for them as they got back to us several days later! Once we found Stanhope we began to relax. Although it was late afternoon when we rang, Stuart was very professional and reassuring and we had cover in place by the end of the day. What a relief! It was so good to deal with a straightforward company so thank you to Stuart and we would certainly recommend Stanhope

Fantastic service so far, would highly recommend. We have been dealing with Ryan Pink and to get a call back & or reply to an email in this day and age is always a shock when people actually do it. How service should be. Thanks again :)

I emailed Stanhope Insurance yesterday to request a quote and immediately got a response to say someone would phone me. Joel rang this morning but I was engaged so he emailed me to say he'd tried and asked me to return his call. I did so and James answered. Joel was engaged so James offered to help. I told him I was looking for a quote for Contents Insurance for a flat with a 100% flat roof. He was very personable and extremely helpful and he made the whole process of setting up my insurance really easy - it was all done and dusted in a couple of hours and at a very good price. I had occasion to query a couple of things on the emailed documents when they arrived but James was on the telephone when I rang. Ben answered and he was very helpful in agreeing to get James to ring me back - which he did promptly. He answered my queries straightaway. I definitely recommend Stanhope Insurance.

Will, the lovely guy I spoke with and who got me a great deal on insurance for my new diamond ring was one of the nicest people I’d dealt with while looking for a suitable insurance. I’d highly recommend the company as the premium I got was HALF what I’d been offered by another company. With exactly the same cover. So thank you.

Spoke with Brett from Stanhope. Made the whole process very easy for myself and my partner. Everything was very clear and straight forward. Had it all done with in a couple of hours. Brett went above and beyond very professional and seemed a great guy. Fantastic company highly recommend.
