Paul Smith Associates was a great company to deal with. I was looking a type of insurance cover that I had never heard of before. The member of staff that I dealt with explained the the type of insurance to me clearly, talked me through the various options I had avaliable that would meet my needs and helped me to choose the right policy.

Very helpful, will always speak to this company first when looking for insurance in the future.

I be been using Paul Smith as a broker for 2 years and really wish I’d discovered years ago.
I was first put on to him by a colleague when I had a few issues with my then insurer. He spent quite a while explaining in detail how the industry works and his recommendation was that I stayed with my existing insurer but was welcome to contact him at my next renewal.
This I did and got very competitive quotes . The customer service is second to none, Sam and Nicola are prompt and courteous. Documents can be sent by post or digitally.
I’ve recommended Paul Smith to others and they to are very happy .
