Please do not waste your time using this so called company. Rude , non-professional staff
who think nothing of putting the phone down on you if you complain. They left me uninsured as a hackney carriage driver with no notice for 3 weeks. It should be called "We dont cover your cab". One star actually is too much. Almost feels like a scam. You have been warned.

I would stay well awat from this company, please avoid at all cost. They got me insured to a underwriter who have gone i to liquidation, i have 2 months left on the policy as you are aware the first payment you make to them covers you for the last 2 months. During covid i changed my policy to a normal car insurance now i wanted to get back into cabbing and asked if they can change my policy back to a PCO policy WHICH THEY REPLIED THEY CAN ONLY REFUND ME £17 and i will have to pay another 2 months again. I feel like i have been scammed by this company i would advice please stay away go to a proper company that will look out for you not just them self. I had asked if i could speak to one of the managers which they replied i will see if i can get one to call you back. GUESS WHAT NO CALLS RETURNED.

Been with them for 4-5 years and I have been renewing without looking elsewhere and the staff’s been brilliant in the past. This time I received my renewal quote and I called up to see if anything could be done to make it bit cheaper but I was told the sales advisor (Fuchsia) who is dealing with my renewal will call me back and discuss my renewal policy with me.
Got a call from her the next day, she was very unprofessional, unfriendly and very blunt. No empathy, no sympathy and definitely the worst advisor I’ve ever spoken to from Cover My Cabs team. Her every answer was a “NO” without even trying. Since then she called me twice to get me to renew my policy. Both times I asked if she can make it any cheaper but her answer was straight a “NO” without even trying!
She told me to get a quote elsewhere and then they will compare and match the price and I was like wow what an advisor who is encouraging me to go elsewhere. I am glad she did as I found £312 cheaper quote elsewhere. I wouldn’t have shopped around but purely did it because of this advisor called Fuchsia (I think she is based in St Albans).
Called again today to get my No Claims details but the advisor wasn’t pleasant either. Looks like the staff has changed and they don’t value their customer anymore. They all sound like they are forced to be there and don’t care about their customers. “DISGUSTED”!

for the first ladie Julie who answered the phone I'll give 1 Star as she was really bored even to talk properly,i literally had to say that I'll quit and then i hang up
then i called again and another ladie answered and she was totally different in attitude and really helpful
she had the patience to explain to me bit by bit about the policy and she convinced me to buy the policy, sorry I've forgot her name but this is an example of how the customer service should be done

Cover my cab first time I called to ask taxi insurance lady over the phone have rude behaviour she told me if u have better price from others insurance why u waste my time to call and take insurance quote I ask her how I know you cheap or expensive until I take price from u I think she only want everyone say yes to her if u say no then u get rude type treatment never use them again

Cover my cab owner thanks for reply I appreciate you intrusted to improve your business and sales my request is for you pls change your rude staff and then you customers will give you five stars and your google rating will improve 2.6 to 5 plus call you and discuss the issue not gona do anything see how many people unhappy think about it from this experience I learn something check company customers reviews if bad don’t give them business if good go for it …

I would never use their service again due to poor customer service. been calling them for days now and no one is responding to call.
