She effortlessly guided me through the initial inquiry, giving me all my options along the way. She was super informative and was able to answer all of my questions whilst putting me at ease. Quite a skill!

Not only this but I now have the peace of mind that income protection can afford (at an absolute steal!)

Can’t fault the service provider. Dealt with Carrie and was very happy with the outcome. Nothing was to difficult and I came away with the policy I was looking for. Would recommend to give her a shout if you need help looking for a policy.

I have given a 5 because normally insurance sales people are a bit over the top with their sales pith but Eleanor was fantastic, she explained everything to the point, gave me options and moved on. Very easy to talk to and answered all my questions.

My contact at Assured Futures was Oliver who really took the time to find out what I was looking for from my Health Care and find a policy to match. He clearly explained what was and was not included in each type of cover and generally helped make my decision making easy.
There was no "hard sell" - indeed he was able to recommend ways to keep the premiums down whilst still covering all my main requirements.
I would not hesitate to recommend Assured Futures based on the excellent service I received.

I called Assured today to get income protection for my future, I'm just buying a house and this was a better option for me rather than life insurance.
