Statement talks about occupancy but after discussing with the office I understand this means tenant contracts. Needs correcting to ensure no comeback from an insurer if a claim is made.

Just bought some buildings and contents insurance to give cover even with a tenant in the annex. Worked with Marlon: a very thorough, knowledgeable and professional experience.

Be very careful when engaging and appointing this company. They actively look to find ways to not pay valid insurance claims. Maybe look to another company.

This company are very poor at calling you back their customer service is very dire .
They advertise as specialist insurance brokers but never get back to you.
So disappointed.

Very easy to understand what I needed and anything I was not sure ofwas explained clearly.
