Very easy to navigate site, followed by a telephone call only after I had purchased on line. Very efficient service with friendly staff. Policy emailed to me for checking very quickly.

Excellent customer service. The price which included break down cover was extra bonus. I read reviews on other companies and it was exactly as described by people's experiences. I paid a little extra and got these guys to insure me, and then I realised that I was insured with motor quote direct previously for many years and was very happy with them. I am glad their prices have come down again a little so I can insure with them. 👍🏽

What I liked about Bedford Insurance they do not automatically mark your account with auto re insure. Other companies I have insured with try their hardest to get you on auto reinsurance after first year. Also spoke to a chap that had been there many years, good sign.

Cheap insurance but do not know actually who is the insurer. Got quote from motor quote direct. Got email from them that puka insurer is the company and then asked from bedford insurance NCB that submitted 3 times already no response. Emailed many times no respond. Till now no policy documents. I will see few days and will cancel it. Do not need such a bad service.

Policy not suitable for Northern Ireland as it wouldn’t cover travel down to Dublin etc. Lowest possible cover for outside GB, beware.
People quite rude on telephone, talking over me when I was trying to ask a question, spoke to me as if I were a child and couldn’t understand them, assumed we should know that when their Motor Quote direct headed paper was in fact Bedford Insurance! when asked to read their letter from Bedford he meant Motor Quote, got very rude when I pointed out that I didn’t have a Bedford letter.
Cancelled policy after 3 days and cost £66 to do so.

Absolutely unprofessional, had put correct information on my quote and then had a message to call and then the hidden extras appeared to the payments. When made a complaint and asked a manager for his full name he refused and said his name is Phil. Total disregard to the customers and treated you like dirt. Would not recommend MOTOR QUOTE DIRECT to any one STAY AWAY. They drain every last penny off you. Never dealt with anyone like it.
Better off paying a bit extra with another insurer and have a professional service with great customer service. Something which MotorQuote (Bedford Insurance) has not got. Don’t even buy from them. You’ve been warned.

AVOID! I've been a customer for 3 years now, but you only ever find out how good a company is when you actually need them, had an accident which is stressful enough, called to inform and was met with nothing but poor customer service, and bad attitudes! AVOID

Renewed my insurance with this company for the second time — which is rare these days. They made everything hassle free, were not pushy, and all documents came through as promised. Very pleased :-)
