25% increase for my landlord insurance for 2022, Wow, been with then for 5 years, no claims in that time, how not to treat loyal customers. Found another supplier at a 26% savings.

Avoid. I don't normally leave bad reviews, I try not to say anything if I don't have anything good to say. Policy was nothing in comparison to the competition. Whole experience felt like the customer is the enemy, to be treated with contempt, and to provide in the policy the absolute minimum required in every respect. Breakdown cover was unusually limited and couldn't be upgraded, would basically only help on the 7 sabath, in the 2nd full moon, when there was a k in the month. There are excessive charges at every possible point in the policy. Cancelled as I didn't feel comfortable once the documents came through (which u don't see before hand due to the web site being set up so u don't), they charge a £90 admin fee for ANY change to the policy, plus cancellation fee. In the end they charged £120 for 3 days on cover under a £220 policy. I'd rather pay it than stay with this bunch of crooks, I just dreaded the idea of what I'd have to deal with it I ever made a claim, I have no doubt what so ever they will try and get out of anything and pay u the absolute minimum possible. Won't be trying them again. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Absolutely shocking! Googled the number and called to change vehicle, was spoken to rudely and then was hung up on! Apparently it's a emergency number, but no one is will to help or advise where to go. Scumbags.

Have been on up until recently. Had to cancel a policy and they just keep telling me they have processed the refund. It hasn't arrived 2 weeks later and costing more in calls chasing it. They are not interested.

Keep clear from this fraudulent company i cancelled a few months ago as provided the worst service ever and still kept taking payments avoid at all cost

I would like to say a big thank you to Bedford insurance for the professional way that my new insurance policy with them was carried out..
All people that I have dealt with within the company have been really professional in their help and manner..
I am more than happy to have insured my vehicle with Bedford insurance.

First time using this company and will be recommending them to others. The website was easy to use and I was able to get exactly what I wanted. Very pleased! Best of all it was half the price of my original renewal. Thank you!

Steer clear. Once I'd paid my premium I found them very difficult to contact and very unhelpful when I did eventually get a response. Then suddenly 2 weeks before renewal date they were all over me like a rash, spamming me 3 times a day by e-mail, phone & text. But don't worry, you won't be considering renewing with them anyway as their computer algorithm just adds 40-50% to last year's premium and hopes you won't notice - a shabby practice to which this industry is addicted. Poor.
