Hi, I wanted to write a review since I am a very happy resident here. I have a fab flat which is lovely and fully furnished. The management really helped me to settle in, the flat is bright and very peaceful, even though we are in the centre of the city! There is a beautiful kitchen and I love the layout of my flat. I needed some help a few weeks ago with the washing machine, this was handled very fast and with courtesy. The flat is so convenient for me to get to Victoria from here, takes me 20 mins in the morning.

I have a fantastic flat which is cheaper than the flats locally., the ladies managing the services always respond to my messages and I do get my flat looked after very well. I was the first person to rent this newly refurbished flat and it was great to have new things ie sofa , bed , TV. and lots more, I would recommend this management to all since I have a good response from them and am very happy to stay here.

Had my property furnished all in good condition. No issues and when I had a water problem they came in couple of hours to fix. Also, organised they make me sign document to confirm the issue is fixed. I am a happy tenant.

Please avoid them at all cost. I cannot stress this enough. I promise you, every single 5 star review saying that they’re kind and helpful is fake. I have never experienced worst costumer service in my life. Once I was on hold for 15 minutes only to be hang up on. When I went to their offices, they were gone for the day. On top of that our flat was given to us half finished, and dirty, with debris everywhere. They promised that they would repair everything within a month, and a year later, non of the issues were addressed. We didn’t even have cupboards fitted properly! They requested us to pay a backdated bill (backdated to no fault of our own) upfront, when in reality we have the right to pay in instalments. They then ignored every single email I sent to them regarding payment plan options. We have now moved out and they’re not responding to our request for the deposit to be returned. I suffer from a panic disorder, and their actions have taken a massive toll on my mental health. I’ll be examining my legal options, and I am urging all current tenants facing the same issues to do the same. Don’t let them treat you this way!
Ps. They’re not part of a redress scheme, which is illegal.

Cheap rent compared to other places, was a new build when I moved in but my personal property was not clean, was dusty as I moved in... on top of shelves, surfaces and under sinks, etc, like sawdust dusty. Cupboard door opened into the extractor fan, toilet was not lined up to the wall and the toilet door didn't even have a working lock mechanism. Fixed price heating was good, excessive problems were not, such as a drip from day one and plumbing issues. Cleaning fee was deducted from my deposit whereas they left it in a worst state when I first moved in, also tried to take extra fees as they thought I wouldn't notice, but that got corrected. I would go to them for a last resort, cheap rent and that, but a lot of headache when it comes to fixing issues; poor responses and they hardly answer the phone... No major complaints, but I can't lie and say the customer service is good cause it isn't, if you're just looking for a simple place to stay and rent in Croydon then yeah why not here, but you can find better.

Commercial tenant and have had nothing but issues with everything from Fire alarm problems, mice, numerous breaches of health and safety. We have asked for windows to be cleaned for last 4 years!! Latest issue is the fact they haven't fixed the front door lock for months so we now have a homeless man sleeping on the stairs abusing my female staff. Absolute shambles of a company who have zero respect.

Avoid at all costs! Myself and my partner moved into one of these flats in December 2020. There was a number of hidden issues which we addressed to Ana as soon as we discovered them. 4 months later and these issues are still outstanding. She has sent “handymen” who cannot speak English, accompanied by an old lady who is also hard of understanding, to fix plumbing issues. Neither of which are plumbers.
This company and its staff are very rude and unprofessional. The management has called us liars when we’ve pointed out issues and have made zero attempts to fix them. They have given us every excuse in the book to avoid having to act on these issues. The staff act clueless every time you phone them and dismiss anything you say.

There is mould around the windows. When this was addressed to the landlord, she said it’s our fault for not keeping the windows open. The mould was pre-existing, it was only painted over. She acted clueless and blamed us.
Now it makes sense why the heating is included in the rent. Because she hopes everyone will keep their windows open and the heating on full blast to dry out her building. Maybe if she took adequate action to establish the faults and repair them, these issues wouldn’t persist.

She will cut costs on every corner. She will ignore you. She will be rude to you.

This is not how you’d expect to be treated.

Avoid at all costs. I’d give 0 stars if I could. I rented through them for a year and the property was ok when I viewed but as soon as I moved in problems started. The whole building was ‘under construction’ and had scaffolding up. The stairs leading to the flat were filthy, they told me at the viewing they’d be cleaned/redone when I moved in. All the windows were painted shut I had to pry them open which took me hours. The reason they were painted became evident very quickly, they were mouldy and disgusting, the wood was rotting and there were wood bugs. The building was very old. The wall in the living room had a leak on the outside which made the whole wall wet/damp. I complained about this after living there a month and they never fixed it the whole time I lived there. In the kitchen after a few months there started to be a big leak in the ceiling. This was dripping down the wall and creating puddle on the floor. The wall and ceiling started to go mouldy. The water in the ceiling became so heavy the ceiling started to dip down. Bare in mind I have an under 1 year old child! When I told them about all of this they kept saying they would fix it and when I said I have a child their response was “we know you have a baby”. It got so bad I thought the ceiling would collapse, I called and they said to stay somewhere else for 2 days and they will fix it. I stayed at my cousins and I when I came back nobody had even been to the flat! I carried on calling they ignored my calls for days. My best friend called on my behalf to which they answered first time and when she asked why they weren’t answering me they said “she won’t stop calling so we have to just keep declining her calls” ! Rude, unhelpful. I had to get the council involved to contact them and get them to do something! They sent round some ‘cowboys’ (people who don’t know what they are doing, just have the tools) THEY FILLED THE ROOF IN WITH POLYFILLA!
Anyway the leak was less but not gone, I still came home to puddles on the floor but it wasn’t as bad so I gave up! Then the mould started to grow in the kitchen it was horrendous. I sent them various pictures of the mould, it was all over the walls, I had to stop letting my son in the kitchen in case it affected his breathing. It was in the cupboards growing on my tins of food. When I moved out I had to throw loads away. all of this and not to mention it was so noisy my son woke up constantly. It was freezing and when the boiler failed they left me 2 days without heating and hot water during the winter and I had to travel 1.5 hours to my mums so that my baby was warm. Oh and when I moved in I had to spend 2 days cleaning the flat with my sister because it was filthy there was sawdust EVERYWHERE and the toilet was black!!! There is more but I can’t even remember it all because it was horrendous. There was a leak under the sink that never got fixed. The front door wasn’t even safe. There was a random door in the hallway that lead outside and didn’t lock properly. There was a rat in my cupboard that they never came to help me with so I just never opened the cupboard and when I did it had luckily climbed back into the attic. They were 1.5 hours late to receiving the keys on the day I moved out and said they had no idea about it even though I told them 2 days prior what time to be there. They didn’t even come they sent a random lady. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS
