I have been with this agency for more than 12 years. After making my first genuine claim for less than £2k I had received no support or reply from anyone in the agency- namely Amit Patel, subbhodh Patel and nirave Patel. It is a very bad agency who give no support and guidance and they are very bad to deal with. Do not join this agency at any cost!!! No one even replies to my phone calls or emails. Very unprofessional and bad service

Don't bother with this lot.

No follow up. No return of calls, no support.

False advertising ! If your parents are with them thinking they offer language support then think again. It's a lie.

Poor, very poor overall service.

Very Professional. They take time to ensure all the important things are covered and its not just a policy for the sake of it. Highly recommend them.

Excellent service. I was previously with another agency for my house insurance. The premium this year was significantly higher than last year. I called Anami Agencies and Mitchell answered. He gave me a lower quote within minutes. Thank you Mitchell - very quick and efficient.

I've been using Anami for a good few years now. But I would never use them again. There was a time when they were helpful, but definitely not anymore. Their communication is poor. Actually, they only communicate with you to chase up payments, but other than that, you can keep waiting to be responded to for anything else.

Great people, would recommend for any person/business looking for a simple process.
