DNA Insurance

I would not recommend this insurance company to anyone, they are extremely rude. Called them about a week ago to take out a new insurance policy and they just care about taking money off of you. They have no respect for their costumers. I spoke to someone called Thomas Rowe, I have never been so disappointed and disrespected in my life. He has a sarcastic tone when speaking to you and talks to you like you owe him some thing. Even hangs up the phone without simply saying bye.

Still waiting for my refund after 5 months. Every time I call to chase it up they tell me they will call me back the next day after speaking to the insurance company but the next day never arrives for some strange reason. Con artists! They don’t even deserve a star!!

Horrific. They allow people to make a claim on your policy without even calling you to check its legitimate, then you find out upon renewal and they then proceed to not insure you again. Meaning you are rejected from insurance and cannot easily get elsewhere as now you have been declined insurance. We will be taking them to court.
Go with anyone but DNA!

Managed my call well but unfortunately the policies they offer are generally a lot more expensive than other brokers. I’ve tried them a few times over the years and they are always more expensive.

They’re only really good to show the police that you’re ‘insured’. Stay away as their customer service is absolutely atrocious and won’t be able to stand with you for when you need them the most. STAY AWAY! THIS IS A SIGN THAT THIS COMPANY IS NOT GOOD. STAY CLEAR!

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if I have a choice. They are the worst company to deal with. Hidden charges are deceiving.they should be reported to the FCA or watchdog. Mis selling all the insurance policies with hidden charges. They going against the FCA terms & condition. Staff is very rude they are not willing to help you at all. Poor customer service

they say they have insurance for me only for me to pay £395 deposit only for them to make mistake then come back and say sorry that insurance is no good and say they will give full refund only to recive £245 then for them to deny all knowlage

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, always the best deals available, have been using DNA for years and still an excellent service. Thanks to all the staff.
