Terrible Service. An agency used HM for a reference check, and they failed me on an old property. I then contacted my landlord and he states he hadn't heard anything from them and he even rang them up stating he hadn't been contacted and they couldn't release any information due to GDPR covering there backs so they didn't need to talk about the situation. The Company lied and didn't do their checks. I am now pursing legal action against them due to the failed check which caused me to lose my house
