Horrible customer service! These people are calling me twice a day since last week. The worst bit is that the first thing they say is " Hi, I want to speak to the manager!!" Excuse me but you should learn some phone manners and how to present yourself on the phone. I haven´t heard a company name, to who am I speaking to??? Secondly, they lie a lot like saying that "we have been quoted with them in previous years". I spoke to my manager and he confirmed we haven´t been quoted for the last 5 years. NOW the bits that makes me very annoyed is that they keep calling when I have told them already 3 times that I CAN´T passed the call to a manager! My managers don´t want to talk to you! I tried to be nice and said to them that if they send an email I will forwarded it to my manager and if he wants he will speak to them. No point, of me trying to be polite, they just ignore it and keep up with the same song over and over again! You are not getting new customers with this kind of customer service!

Happy with transaction at time of taking out policy. Very disappointed that despite many telephone calls repeating request for policy to be sent by post and assurances that it would this never happened. Explained I have no access to a printer many times. Poor.

Absolutely fantastic, Christian who looked after me came back in a timely manor, said what he was going to do, then did it! - A good quote, not the cheapest, but a good service. I just hope I don't have to claim ;-)

This is the 3rd year in a row I have used Premierline for my work insurance.
They always find me such competitive prices tha for me-a small business owner-I really could not afford the prices that I found when I looked myself ! I was fast giving up hope, especially after having no work for 7 weeks because of COVID-19. So it was a huge relief to find a policy I could afford. Soon work will start to pour in and I’m now ready for it thanks to Premierline. So thank you!

Had my insurance for 17 days then cancelled. It cost £120. My refund came through today-£34.97 !! Absolutely disgusted at refund....cancellation fees and commission taken off. But I'm sure commission was already included in the price when insurance was paid for . But at least someone is making money during covid 19 !!

Been insured for a few years.
Got a renewal quote gone from £530 to £900 plus. You are crooks.
After feed back from the broker, I accept some of the response from them, but I have called and you were still up towards this figure. I took my business elsewhere.

Excellent service for the past 3 years where business insurance has been secured for us at reasonable rates. Having dealt with Suzanne and Edward, communication is always above and beyond and their specialist advice is always valuable.

Very disappointed that nobody gave me any options when I inevitably questioned why the premium had gone up 40% and no reasons for the uplift. It wasn't until a week after I questioned the premium that I got any answers to the obvious questions.
