The County Group

I recently renewed my home insurance with The County Group. The customer service was excellent, big thanks to Georgina who got me a really competitive quote with some additional levels of cover. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend County.

Company is generally helpful but the last quote that they got for me was very expensive; I got much cheaper cover with a very reputable company (LV=) myself so I have now gone direct to them. Also, I consider that County Groups service charge ('document charge') of £50 on that quote of a few hundred £ was extortionate. I think they will lose a lot of customers if they continue with such an expensive service charge.

Returning to UK from Switzerland and I needed motor insurance. County found me the Company that would take me so that I could drive my new MINI within 2 hours of contacting them. Thanks for your help!

Very efficient and easy to swap insurance followinga change of car. However requested callback on 2 occasions for a public liability quote but didnt receive the callback.

The staff are always friendly and extremely helpful. My car insurance is always sorted quickly and without fuss. Would highly recommend County insurance.

Poor customer service, rude people and very very expensive, I don't recommend them

Excellent service. I had a slight change of circumstances which was explored efficiently and ended up with a modest change to policy and cost. I also wanted to explore and price up two different scenarios, which was again handled with care and efficiency. Many thanks to Jacqui and colleagues for a cracking service. Highly recommended.
