Very poor service. Gave my number and had a meeting for a design and I have had no contact, rang to chase up and was advised of a call back (this was over a month ago). A simple "I can't do it" would have been fine so we're not sat round waiting.

I have just purchased a new home, so my friend and I were looking for wallpaper for several rooms. The shop was open so we stepped inside to be met with a growl: "are you alright; do you have an appointment?" Which really was less of a question and more a statement, as she knew we didn't. "You need an appointment, and this lady has one!" There was no sign on the door stating appointments only, furthermore I cannot see this on the website, either. Good work, Janet, you have lost two potential new customers!

Lovely blinds but had to chase them up on a few occasions. Disappointed I wasn't given advice /recommendations on my bedroom blinds chosen that I would need curtains also to block the light out at night .Rather annoying and more expense.The fitter who had to come and refit blinds left a mess with screws left on my dressing table and never cleaned up debris.
