I have always found the owner to be helpful kind and professional

I have never used this company before so I was quite shocked when I got an angry and very rude call from the owner. Apparently she wasn't happy with my 'review' I made last year.

Word of advise:
1. please double check who you are calling and confirm details.
2. An email would go a long way to explain your situation, instead of angry word that get nothing sorted.
