Things can and do go wrong, but how a business deals with it is what really counts. Kensington Design handled a delivery snafu with grace and charm, I was kept in the loop the entire time, never had to chase them for an update and they kindly absorbed the cost of re-delivery. GREAT customer service.

Love this shop. They listened to my design dilemmas, solved them plus I ordered all my wallpapers from their site and had them 2 days later. Highly recommend.

Popped in here randomly on my way to work one day and now my wallet is somewhat lighter than it was. My house is better for it though! Wish i could buy it all.

Kensington Design was a lovely experience to buy from, super friendly staff and amazing homeware!

They are all so chilled in there. You can just sit around for hours, ask for their WiFi code and they will give you a cup of tea and you can sit there all day.

Kensington Design what a shop, lovely on trend pieces. Sat in the middle of Kensington their staff are really very helpful. They are multitalented, not only do interior design but can help with organising heavier building alterations as part of their brief.

We recently installed a new window for our client and one of our fitters lost a fixing for our client's lovely roller blinds.

After finding out the blinds were from Kensington Designs we contacted them and they were extremely helpful with getting a replacement part.

5 years after they installed their blinds they still have amazing aftercare.
