Sorry, not sorry! Such a dissapoing experience tonight. I am posting this for the attention of the managers running this branch to review and address
1 about 6 options of food missing from the menu and 3 options of drinks - missed opportunity
2 not enough bread served with starters. Could not finish the dishes without the bread. I might be wrong but I think on previous occasions they served two slices of bread instead of one ..
3 way too much chilli peppers on the dishes. We ordered the same a couple of weeks ago so I know that is not how they were meant to be. This is I consistent and I won't trust the dish next time
4 on one dish the mushrooms were completely burned...the dish tasted awful. Also, inconsistencies with pasta..one was boiled to much and the other one just about..
5 I don't think it's ok to add the service charge without letting the customers know or at least let them know when you bring the bill as not everyone will check (other countries this is illegal)
6 salt and pepper on the table for decorative purpose only. No salt or pepper and the waitress seemed offended when we had to ask her for salt.. in fact they were clearly bothered with everything.
7 table and menu wet and sticky
8 extremely cold inside and no option to dine upstairs. When your only available table si by the door you should consider your customers comfort over your own.
All the starters were delicious, but the mains were really dissapoing and the overall experience very very poor..

From so many Italian options available ... I'm glad I opted for Bella Italia! Was looking for a quick lunch before The Ferry was due...
They welcomed me and very efficiently service... I was out of there in 30 min!
OMG! The meatballs pasta was soo good!
Meatballs were melting... lovelly tomato sauce and glad they swap spaghetti with pappardelle ! Delicious! There was a deal for a starter and main but I wasn't able to eat that much in so less time ! Many thanks!

We visited the place during the School break with family 👪 for dinner 🍽. Weather was lovely ☀️ so there was a long queue waiting to seat 💺outside enjoying a lovely port view.

🍲 Food: We stayed inside having pre-booked a table. To be honest I didn't have high expectations but I admit all the dishes were great. Lovely burger 🍔 (a new addition to the menu), tasteful rigatoni pepperoni (see photos attached) while the kids enjoyed the kids menu and also their ice creams 🍦(there is a wide variety of ice creams and toppings).

👷‍♀️ Staff:lovely as well, smiley, kind, helpful and fast despite the fact that restaurant was quite full! So...highly recommended!

😉 Extra tip: During school breaks kids eat for 1£.

Very nice food and atmosphere, managed to get a table straight away and didn't have to wait long for our order to be taken or food to arrive.

The pizza and sweet potato fries were delicious. It’s the best pizza I’ve had so far; not fatty, just the perfect Italian twist with just enough spice. The staff were also very welcoming and asked if we had any allergies before we placed an order

We had the set menu for lunch here, £13’50 for a starter and main.
The had run out of the dish I wanted, Funghi pasta (can’t remember the exact name), keepng in mind we went on a Wednesday around 13:00c this was quite surprising.
We sat on a small table under the stairs, not a great location as I had to be careful not to hit my head when getting out if the table.

It was an okay lunch, probably wouldn’t have it again, but can’t fault the food. You get what you pay for.

But the staff seemed friendly so thats good.
