Upon arriving we were seated almost immediately with no waiting. After a short wait and look through the menu, we finally decided on pasta choices for our meal with a side portion of cheesy garlic bread. The pasta was more amazing than I thought as I usually only have pizza at Bella Italia, however I would definitely decide to eat more pasta from now on.

Being in The Grafton it can get a bit chilly at times, especially during winter or cold windy days if you are close to the entrance, but still a nice meal after a day of shopping or cinema.

Very nice decent restaurant. Kinda makes you forget you are actually in a shopping centre. Service was great! Smiley ladies, very nice and efficient!
Food was alright. My partner ordered mini calzone as a starter but apparently inside it had just a tiny bit of cheese (nothing common with calzone apart from the shape. Also they don’t bother peel prawns for you. Going for - looking better on a plate option so you end up fighting with prawns in a bowl full of butter.
Overall it was nice might come back for cocktails not the food.

The food is pretty good. The thing to make us leave this review is the slow serving speed. It takes almost one hour to have our pasta. We ordered rosemary chips but served the ordinary one. The waitress doesn’t brother to stay one more minutes to ask us whether we’d like any source for the chips and pepper or cheese for the pasta.
I’m not sure they are running short of hands. The service is totally unacceptable.

So I delete stars on basis of how many errors the restaurant present me. 5* to 4* the greeting was not there and we was seated right next to the only other table with patrons in there (it was dead friday night at 20.00?¿). I felt awkward to be put there for this reason. I wanted abit of privacy and being the only other couple in, there was no back ground noise for my own conversations plus the seat we was at was ice cold from the air con... I did request to move and was granted this straight away. Next 4* to 3* I had a request for balsamic vinegar and was greeted with there is absolutely non in the restaurant. (An Italian restaurant without balsamic vinegar??). Next was 3* to 2*. So the starter was with us within 5 min after order. (Hot spots and cold spots in food = microwaved), to comfirm this suspicion our food was presented straight away after our starter. 2* to 1* the manager looking fella was rushing around putting closing shutters down right behind me, nearly touching shoulders as I was eating. He didn't even ask and this gesture of closing the shutter in this proximity felt awkward. 1* confirmed and cemented for this last reason. Check your receipt. I was charged a service fee ( a tip) of nearly a fiver with out even being asked. I queried this and lady said its up to you to check. Sorry bella, first time here and worse Italian I've ever had.

I had never been to Bella Italia before, i came in yesterday with my friends and we were pleasantly surprised. We loved the food and the drinks. Our waitress, Tara was amazing she made us feel welcomed. Definitely will be back.

Tried the pasta. It was very good. Would definitely go back for another round. Atmosphere is quiet nice and and it's on the first floor, it a bit more quiet. Went on a weekday, so it's generally more calm. Not yet sure about visiting on a weekend as most people are out then and it can get quite busy. Staff is quite friendly as well. Also had a dessert to finish up the meal. It was quite enjoyable. Looking forward to going there another time.

The service at the Grafton Bella Italia is really good. We enjoy visiting this venue as we always have a good time. The service is build around a family experience and from the get go this is clear. My kids love colouring and building the Vespa bikes. The food is ready quickly and the flavour is great. We would highly recommend this place!
