I had some doubts about this place- went there with an italian friend and we were worried the food might not be cooked ok. BUT we were impressed the food was lovely, nice presentation, amazing taste and the staff friendly and helpfull. We stayed on the terace, dogs allowed. Lovely place, I will go back when I am in the area.

NOT RECOMMENDED IF A TOURIST. Poor quality food and bad customer service. Asked for collection and was ignored over other customers who arrived after me and food is poor quality. Risotto was tasteless and stodgy and pizza mediocre at best. Feel like they took advantage of me because ordered for collection and assumed we were tourists. £15.50 for inedible risotto.

Amici (it means friends), it's a italian restaurant. The food is good, the portion are pretty big, very clean with very nice stuff. I find it a little expensive, but this is just me.

We had dinner here.
Lovely ambience, lighting & intimate feel to the Restaurant.
Waiting Staff were very courteous friendly & exceptionally attentive, and the timings of bringing the drinks & food were spot on in all regards.
Food was served piping hot & delicious, & beautifully presented.(Kudos to the Chef's)
I had the Cannelloni, which was very tasty, my only suggestion would be maybe double the amount of sauce cooked with this dish, as halfway through eating it, it then became a little dry.
Apart from that, I was very impressed.

not from around this area so trying a new place we were a bit worried. this place did not disappoint! it had a lovely setting and staff were very polite and patient. the food was lovely that we had. would 100% recommend trying it out and the prices aren’t that bad either.

Came here to enjoy a cosy date night with my partner, the pizzas were incredible! We actually ended up coming back the next night with my partner's parents and our daughter for a family meal and all the dishes we had that night were delicious also. Definitely saved as one of my new favourite restaurants and will definitely be returning - the lemon cheesecake is also to die for!
