Marys Pizza & Pasta, Harlow

1st delivery arrived cold. Gave them another chance and it arrived hot, but a total mess. I tried to call but no one answered so I didn't bother. Shame as the pizza was nice.

Ordered a pizza here to be collected at 11:30pm, turned up and everyone working had gone home without cooking our pizza! Spoke to a guy in the pub who insisted our money would be refunded. It's now two days on, the money has actually come out of the bank account now and Mary's won't answer to try and resolve this issue! Always ordered pizza from here but will never do so again!

Always good, fresh hot and tasty. I will say the stuffed crust is horrible but other than that its the best pizza i have had in a long time. A returning customer

Food was hot and on time, taste was ok bla bla.. However.. I'm rating the "italian" part. As long as you label yourself as an Italian restaurant then you got to do better, as the food's taste is definitely not italian.

Tried for the first time tonight and food was absolutely amazing, the portions of sides are huge and so nice, will definitely be ordering again

I think your food is very very good but if you keep using deliveroo your reputation is going to to go down hill fast.

Myself and my partner had terrible food poisoning from the Spag Bol and Lasagne. We had previously highly rated this place and ordered a few times. After this horrible experience, we will not be ordering food from here again.

Well. The pizza here is great, good selection, customised pizzas, fresh and plentiful toppings.

The pasta however, I believe is microwaved (overcooked and bland), and if it isn't, its very underseasoned.

A few fresh herbs a bit of salt and pepper, with a little separate container of Italian cheese (parm / pecc) would help tremendously at little extra cost.

No complaints with delivery time or hotness, never had an order errors.
