De Amicis

Family run restaurant full of quaint trattoria-charm and a simple menu of Italian classics. Food was quite basic, but appropriately priced. I had the crab spaghetti which tasted good. The ragu tagliatelle lacked flavour and needed much more seasoning. The calamari and prawn/avocado starters were fine. Service was prompt and polite.

Terrible service from 2 out of 3 people, food was extremely mediocre. I was really expecting some decent pasta, but it was really sad meal, hardly any taste or any joy out of it. Food does look nice, but taste was not good at all.

This place was a surprise. Was expecting your run of the mill safe Italian option, but turned out to be one of, if not the best pizzas I've ever had. Ingredients were super fresh and flavors applenty, same with the other dishes ordered on the table. House wine was good, Service was also good and friendly, wait time was just about right. I felt it was relatively good value. Music, coziness and atmosphere were also on point.

This is a very low key but really excellent place to eat. It has lots of regular clients, although its location draws in many tourists too. Count on about £30 a head including wine and its great value in an area which is mostly filled with rubbishy fast food and coffee shops!

Cosy little place serving close to authentic Italian cuisine. Good pasta and pizza dishes, particularly great if you're looking for that classic pizza base which many places in London can't seem to get right.

Great value for money, staff were lovely and would come again.

Pizza is amazing, thin and crunchy crust.
Their chicken, mushroom & potato dish is equally amazing, all tastes like home-cooked.

Very nice privately owned Italian restaurant, owned by Italians. Food was tasty, well cooked and hot. Reasonably priced for where it is. Good value.

Excellent service, delicious food, lovely atmosphere.

We loved the soft music playing in the background and together with the lighting and the décor, they really made us feel like in a corner of Italy.

The food was delicious, we ordered a variety of starters, mains and desserts and everything was extremely nice!

The staff were lovely, very attentive, whilst at the same time giving us enough space to enjoy the intimate atmosphere of the restaurant.

Everything was perfect. Thank you for hosting our special event - we couldn't wish for a nicer experience!
