I really like this old fashioned charming place.
The food is always good the staff quite helpful a bit slow at times but is worth the wait
I particularly like their breakfast well worth the treat once a week.

Pretty poor quality really. The only reason that I have 2 stars is that I had a Groupon voucher.

For a start it has amazing service and has amazing staff the manager that uses glasses is very intensive, funny and gave my son a balloon which is rare in most restaurants. We loved staying there and would love to go there again!! I would recommend this to anyone they have a good variety of food and it tastes amazing I loved staying there and hope so go there again soon and our waitress was a girl and she was really nice to us.

It felt like the perfect place to have breakfast and it indeed it was. I experienced excellent customer service. Food so much affordable than I'd imagined and above, sat by the window and had a great view. Will certainly revisit to try another meal from the menu

Brilliant gluten free menu. Delicious diner style food. Best gluten free burger bun I’ve had in the UK! I keep going back to order the same thing... Excellent staff and service.

Bit expensive, service ok. Fries portion bit on small side, bacon needing more cooking. Friendly staff, lovely atmosphere, clean.

Flat beer, undercooked garlic pizza bread and limp lettuce!!! The picture is of my £10.39 salad, yes all of half a chicken fillet and a few limp lettuce leaves for that amount of money, you need to buck up F and B's. The first bottle of peroni I ordered was completely flat, so I took it back to be told that maybe someone had taken the top off and put it back on!!! Ya think??? £60 for a very very average meal. There's a reason why Nando's on the above floor is crammed to the rafters, go in there Frankie and Benny's, learn something and up your game, you have pleasant staff and good looking toilets (trust me, that means a lot) and great coffee do something about your average food, please.

This is my first ever review but felt like I had to give one as the food was just so bad. I feel awful as the staff were lovely and I even gave a tip to them! My pasta was a tiny portion, watered down and cold, while my boyfriend's burger was burnt and soggy from grease. It ruined our Valentine's date night that we were celebrating later than everyone else. Had to leave early so we could wash the taste out of our mouths with something. The Doughballs and staff are why my review is 2 stars, sorry for everything else...
