Nice atmosphere with enjoyable background music. Fresh pasta tastes wonderful. Non alcoholic strawberry drink was refreshing.
Cider tastes great, though for someone who drinks rarely 0,5L was a little too much.

Tasteless spaghetti bolognase, dried fish, undercooked newpotatoes with what looks like an old saddle mushroom sauce, wish washy overcooked chicken with the same mushroom sauce. Too Noisy, bottles smashing, cutlery crashing, overpriced and a stern maitre de. What a lunch 👎

Lovely meal this evening. Food was really tasty. Service was great and pretty quick considering how busy they were. Can't wait to come back.

Usually my favourite restaurant but please do not accept bookings on the website for 20:45 if you are going to make your customers feel rushed throughout their visit from the start. Greeted by staff that treated us like an inconvenience and clearly wanted to get off early. Asked for the dessert I usually get which is on the child menu and was told I could not have it despite having it every time I come - I used to be very regular hence 2 stars. No consistency between staff as sometimes the dessert is free, sometimes £3 and sometimes completely rejected until I explain. I also asked for added smoked peppers to my pasta meal which never happened but I don't know if I was charged because they never gave me a run down receipt of all ordered and paid for even though I explicitly asked, they said it was not possible. Very disappointed.

I booked a table for dinner with my 80 year old mum, my daughter and myself. When we arrived we were told they only had a table upstairs. I hadn’t mentioned when I booked that my mum could not get upstairs, however the woman was really rude and said either we go upstairs or wait for a table downstairs. When I explained that my mum physically couldn’t get upstairs due to disability she asked us to wait outside. It was 6 degrees and my mum cannot wait outside in the cold. The woman could not care less and just shrugged her shoulders and walked off. So we left and went across the road to The Real Greek who were fantastic and accommodating.

Lovely meal today in Norwich. I've been to many in the franchise and this one was very busy today. A very family friendly restaurant in central Norwich. Service was excellent...food was good. Nice and clean facilities. The cheese fondue was very good.

Cozy place near intu. Fast seating without booking. Attentive staff. Ok choices of drinks. Food was too light on particular flavour. Under salted? Good outdoor seating. Upstairs seating has no windows. Good portion sizes and fast service.
