Totally awful.

We ordered 6 pizzas, 2 of which weren't to have any cheese on. Ok, I know it's weird to have a pizza without cheese but my friend and I have an allergy. We wrote in the comments box for the order: PLEASE MAKE THE TWO MEAT FEASTS WITHOUT CHEESE DUE TO ALLERGY.

Easy to understand, right? Apparently not. Not only was the order late, but the pizzas came cheesy. The delivery man barely apologised and gave the excuse of "we had another big order at the same time." Does that really excuse not reading the request, though?

Anyway, the right pizzas finally arrived, and my friend and I didn't get to eat until 2.5 hours after the original order. It states on Tony's Italian just eat page that if the meal is more than 1 hour late a refund will be given, but that wasn't even offered. Oh, and the delivery man made a joke about my allergies.

Don't ever order from these people. I hope they go out of business.

Completely ruined my evening!! I don't often treat myself to meals out but I made the mistake of doing so and ordering from that place. Didn't get my tiramisu and the food was disgusting. Called the restaurant and after 5 minutes of explaining (as the lady didnt speak english!!!!!) was told that the driver would bring my missing tiramisu. never happened!!!! how can you treat people like this!!!

Ordered via JustEat...took card details/payment. No email or phone call I've just looked to see where my order is as 35 mins late and it says cancelled on justeat website. Nice of them to tell me...shambles!!

I never really order stuff like their Pizzas or pastas so i cant tell u my thoughts on that. Every time i order i always order their burgers cos DAMN they are good af. Massive portions, delicious homemade fries, cheap prices. Yeah they are late sometimes but when i call them about it the manager is really nice and so are the delivery people!

Did originally give a 5 but tonight i ordered dor delivery at 10'30 and it arrived at 10

Ordered Chips they were cold and crispy, I would say more like french fries which had been ironed. Seafood you could see it was over cooked it was just a mush. Prawn cocktail prawns were raw with a large coating of chilli powder over the top,I had one and my mouth was on fire. My lemon cheesecake was shop bought G U make. Really annoyed as delivery was over 40 mins late. No wonder their rating was just 2 stars. I ordered via Just Eat.

I've been ordering from these guys for years. Hands down the Diablo burger meal is killer. Real value for money and best burgers for that price! However, sometimes i think they struggle when they are too busy. Guys there's no shame in throttling orders to keep up quality... ;)

Ordered Lasagna and chips from this “establishment “ over an hour late not even in a heated bag when it did eventually arrive (which we sent straight back and asked for a refund)when ringing to ask where our order was the male on the other end of the line was completely and utterly drunk ...totally disgusting
