I recently had a fault on my E-pace 4 months into owning it and after very bad service booking my car in I finally had the appointment to get it resolved. I really wasn’t looking forward to unpleasant service yet again. I was pleasantly surprised and cannot fault the service while I waited for my car to be fixed, Kevin was great and kept me informed throughout the morning. He is a true credit to the Northampton branch and turned a bad situation into a positive.

They sold me a car that they knew had an issue with the brakes.

Terrible service levels, poor response and the entire Sytner Group have proved unprofessional in resolving any issues. High turnover of staff tells you all you need to know about this place; stay away if you can resist the Jaguar brand.

Been trying for some time to get a sensible response to my request for an update to my sat nav. Had contact with Jaguar UK, Sarah Newton, Sara Ahmed and the service advisor when I brought the car in for a 5 day stay in mid August. Even written, by email, to Jessica Sawbridge who apparently monitors this site. Still waiting!

Utterly appalling service. My car was handed back to me on two occasions with more faults than when I took it in and with the original issue not tested and not fixed. On the second occasion the whole front light cluster was left disconnected so the car was in an illegal condition to drive, also the boot interior had been left in pieces so the convertible roof did not work. The person who came out to help with this admitted they had no idea what they were doing and that they were "winging it". Sytner thought suitable recompense would be £100 towards a meal out!!!! Never ever go there. They seem to be all show, more interested in offering nice coffee than a good service.

Brilliant dealership!

I recently purchased a used Jaguar XF as a private sale. It needed a recall on it so booked it into this dealership to get it sorted.
As soon as I got there I was treated with the most respect even though my car was Almost 10 years old it still got the very best treatment. I was offered coffees anything to eat so considering it was a free of charge recall I wasn’t expecting this level of customer service. They even valeted the car inside and out.
I don’t use dealerships for any servicing never have done but I think based on my experience I definitely will be using this dealership.
Really wish I could remember the names of the people I dealt with!

Appalling service charged for a diagnostics but they are unable to give me a report or even tell me what is wrong with the engine or the cause. Emailed me a couple of sentences trying to call that a diagnostic report. Took my car apart left my engine cover and an intake pipe on my passengers seat with no car protection. I arrange to have the car collected by someone who is capable of working on my engine as they have informed me they have noone who is capable of working on the engine. They then refused to release my car and held it hostage until i paid for a non existent report.
As someone who has worked in the trade for over 20 years I am disgusted with the service and poor quality of work. This is not the first time they have given me very poor service as they previously damaged my car and had to repair it after a long complaints process. I have also requested a call back from complaints but as of yet no heard anything .

Even with A full Jaguar service history and no expense spared on the vehicle the engine just seized up at only 70.000 miles with no pre warning or other issues to speak of.

I would not recommend this dealership Sytner Jaguar Northampt to anyone, me and my fiancé are absolutely appalled in the service from what’s meant to be a flagship dealership.
We was proud to purchase our F-type and the service we received was wonderful but unfortunately that’s where our dream ended.
Once we was passed over into the hands of the service department it all fell apart.
Our last experience was our final straw Jaguar Northampt had our vehicle for 4 days and none of the work reported was done, I picked our car up with a ridiculous excuse why the work wasn’t done. So not only I had to arrange my diary and move things around due to we’re not local customers to be told your cars ready and the works been done to then pick it up to be told the work actually hasn’t been done is absolutely disgraceful.
This so called flagship dealership seriously needs to charge its Infrastructure on their after sales service. In my whole 30 years in buying prestige vehicles I’ve never yet been treated in this manner, and we have decided enough is enough and we will not be supporting this business again we’re taking our business else where, so before buying a car from here think twice.

What a brilliant first impression from the staff at Sytner Jaguar Northampton. Recently purchased an F Type from another Jaguar Dealership who had failed to replace the locking wheel nut key after carrying out some work. I was booked in at my local tyre fitters to have some replacements fitted, only to find we couldn’t remove the wheels. A quick call to Austin at Sytner and they got me straight in to remove the locking wheel nuts with their master set, and fitted a replacement set of bolts all within 30 minutes. Great customer service and a big thank you to Austin for making it all happen. Excellent
