I had a really good experience with Skye who very helpful and pleasant throughout my purchase process. She was always patient, answering my several questions when they propped up and diligent in ensuring that any clarifications I needed about the car were addressed. Skye was also able to effectively source information I was seeking, from her colleagues when occasionally the questions I had were not within her purview.

A quick note to say a big thank you to both Mihai and Alison from the Parts & Service Team. Excellent service, polite and efficient. Went above and beyond and made sure I was sent on my way to enjoy the Bank Holiday weekend. The whole Branch including Sales seem really nice.

No video sent and no agreed time for the pick-up. Received a text to pick up my vehicle only 45 minutes before the dealership closed making it impossible to collect my car the same day. It could have been handled better in terms of communication. 45 min notice on a Friday evening in London is not enough.

Your presentation was informative and compelling. Your research was flawless . Your documentation was copious but necessary which I understand.
In conclusion , you have created a satisfied and impressed customer. I would see no reason to ever use another Land Rover dealer !

Ahmed is just amazing. I had an issue (did not have a specific feature I thought was standard) with a car I ordered, but he was there every step of the way and replaced the vehicle. Great service! I cannot recommend him more!

I would personally like to thank Skye for looking after me from start to finish. Nothing was to much trouble for her and she explained everything in detail with alot of professionalism. Thank you Skye and all the team at Lookers. Love the car and I'd recommend them 100%.

I have had several cars repaired and serviced at Lookers. At this and the old location closer to Park Royal tube. Servicing Team front guys are wonderful.

Only negative is the booking process, that requires the car owner to agree to a minimum fee of 255 pounds +VAT no matter what work is required.
