Stevie was great.... she went above and beyond and made the process easy and smooth... she extended my courtesy car after the vehicle was in longer which meant I was able to carry on working and not worry. I spent close to 2k but it was a pleasant experience and I'm confident the works were done to a good standard

From start to finish had a really positive experience.
Sanjay R, Jon P and their team at Wolverhampton Jaguar were absolutely fantastic! They both really went above and beyond to help me with my purchase of my new car. Very relaxed atmosphere in the dealership along with real professionalism.

All members of the team were pleasant to talk to and very informative including services. Staff had good product knowledge, and nothing was a problem.

I would thoroughly recommend both Sunny and Jon at the Dealership including Darren and Matthew to anyone considering a service or purchase of Jaguar or Land Rover, these team members were so helpful and a real credit to Land Rover.

Jake did most of what was required on a very easy sale. Failed to send through the key warranty information until it was too late.
Darren promised to provide relevant information but ultimately failed to provide anything useful.
Complaints process seems to be non-existent. James Wallis seems more keen in just sweeping things away than actually resolving any issues.

Recently looked to buy my third vehicle from Lancaster. Having kept my vehicle in top condition and less than 12 months since purchase I was offered bottom book for it. I have found their prices for used vehicles are not compatible with other dealers. Having recently been to other approved dealers I have been offered a fair px value and better overall service. Unfortunately customer loyalty is not a consideration and i'm unlikely to return as a customer

Absolutely awful service
Absolutely awful service. I could go on for a very long time about how poor these people were. The key points:
Booked car in for first slot of the day (0800) as I couldn't afford to take a lot of time off work.
Dropped it off the evening before, as I needed it back as soon as possible the next day. When I purchased the car I was promised a first MOT free; as it didn’t need one at the time.
I had to drop the car off and get back by train; as there were no complimentary vehicles, told no drivers to get me back to train station, get a taxi.
When I arrived I was quizzed about what proof I had that it had an MOT as part of the purchase, I was told at the time ‘this would be no issue; of course’
The day after dropping the car off i called after lunch as I hadn’t heard anything (i was told I’d get an update as soon as it was available) and l needed to collect the car that afternoon I was told the service was done, but still needed MOT.
I Asked why it didn’t have MOT done first thing; as how did they know any faults/issues might be found that may need to be rectified, I was told it’s the same person who does the MOT who did the service, so it should be Ok, just not done yet….!
Then i was told I would get an update with a call back asap. Waited for an hour, no call.
Called again asked for update, nobody knew anything. They will get back to me.
Then i had a response which was that it should be sorted later!!!!
I said I needed to know a time, as i needed to get the train, get a taxi and then collect the car, with a limited train service and work to do. I arrived at Jardine an hour and a quarter later. I then waited for an hour and a half for any response from staff, less I heard over the radio ‘oh yeah I’ve found it now’, hasn’t been washed though… service assistant says you can have it now or wait for it to be washed if wanted!!!! For a £680 service I can’t imagine a worse customer experience. Terrible service, shocking management. I hate to think about what was actually done for the money.
Please do not use this company for any repair/service; they are so dreadfully bad. I felt like I had put them out when I left!!!
I’ve truncated this review as there was such a poor service and so much I could write. I would ask them to put the phone conversations up for review to show how bad they are.
Very good to buy from, then my advice would be to never return. Shocking.
It will never happen again.

Car developed a fault, failed repair twice, now dealership have refused a 3rd attempt as they cannot find fault. After explanation various information which is on the web about the fault they still refuse to help. They have fobbed off a customer with a vehicle under warranty, when I complained about the service I was receiving which I did robustly they childishly ganged up on me in an office even having the staff present who I was complaining about to try and intimidate me. This dealership has no customer care, they lack knowledge of the product, when a repair is not straightforward they don’t want to know, their Management lack interpersonal skills, customer vehicle care is well below that of the brand they represent and more akin to some shoddy back street setup. There is a serious lack of understanding for the customer and their concerns when a fault has occurred, basically if it isn’t easy money and a mechanic might get dirty they aren’t interested. They are a disgrace for the Jaguar Brand and should be ashamed.

Dropped one of our cars there. Was a bit cautious as always with main dealers. We're not put off by the prices as such but usually the trial and error of diagnosing more complex problems.... but they did look after us.

Very poor after sales. Car came with only one key even thought it was sold as with two keys. Despite promising to find the key nearly three weeks after still no spare key.

No sorry, no we are still trying to sort - No response to my four emails. You just dont treat customers like i have been treated.

I am in Sales / Business development myself and you always look after your customers, i dont believe i have been looked after due to the very poor after sales..
