Park's Jaguar Ayr

This is my 4th Jaguar Car purchased from Parks Jaguar Ayr and I can honestly say that the service I received from them has always been excellent.
Any issues I have had with my cars have been dealt with promptly and efficiently, never once have I been disappointed with their customer service.
In fact even recently when Jaguar U.K. would not accept a warranty claim, Parks very graciously and generously agreed to remedy the problem for me.
I have no hesitation in recommending this franchise and will continue to purchase from them in the future.

Very simple. Superb service and above my expectations. I live in Warwickshire and , against my better judgement) I bought a used car, online, sight unseen, from the Ayr dealership during lockdown. I should not have worried. Chris and his team organised delivery, the car was in excellent condition (with one minor issue which was immediately resolved). I was impressed and happy to post a positive review.

Usually very good. But I took my car in the other day to have the Air con charged up and was quoted £270 for an Air conditioning service as it was not covered under warranty. Took it to KwikFit+ at Anniesland in Glasgow who did a full Aircon check and charged it up for £129. Will be getting all my non warranty work done else where if this is the difference in cost.

Within 1 month of each other,my father picked up a brand new jaguar.and I picked up a brand new audi from ayr audi.The handover done by jagaur was by far a much better experience compared to my experience at ayr Audi.which after being told I would have a proper handover done to resolve. the first poor handover experience has failed.i am now seriously considering buying my next car from Ayr Jaguar as every time you visit this garage you are made to feel very welcome.if every garage done things the way this garage does things,there would never be a problem

Excellent customer service from Sandra - a credit to Park's. Couldn't be further removed from my local main Jaguar dealer experience (Hatfield). Well worth the 800 mile round trip to get my car serviced !
