Awful. Used to be a great take away (6 months ago).

Ignored recent negative reviews and made an order last night. Notified over an hour later that half the order was 'sold out' and nothing could be heated, due to the microwave being faulty.

First time to order. They say in 45 min. and waited more than 1 and half an hour. Bad customer services when I called. I cancelled it so I can't tell if its nice food or not.

Excellent - the chicken was amazing. Just the smell of the smoke tells you it'll be good. It's just one guy behind the scenes. Everyone seems to be moaning about delivery. If you order at the location, it's perfect for park picnic takeaway. If you want corporate efficiency then go to Nados for your chicken.

Messed up my order twice.
Had to wait 2-3 hours for the food to arrive, when I called to find what was happening they kept cutting out the phone.
Today I ordered 6 festivals and received 6 cold, rock hard dumplings and was told I had to wait 2 hours to recieve what I ordered.
I for one can say I am never ordering from this place again and I don't suggest you do either.

Has got to be the worst take away experience - ordered via hungry house food arrived 1 hour & a half later, cold food with wrong drink & a coleslaw & plantain missing! Sent it right back. Could hear driver phoned the restaurant so straight after we called & phone was just ringing out! Called hungry house & got refund. AVOID!

I used them for first time. Food and delivery fine however tonight was a disaster. My food still has not arrived ! Anyhow called to resolve problem to find driver give weh me food. Will update if food arrives in the end. :(

Be careful don’t be misled this business is dodgy

£27.69 for 6 cold calamari, cold oil soaked nachos with congealed sour(?) sauce, canned guacamole, and two decent milkshakes. You tell me if this is worth it?
