There is always some particular female cashier who looks very unhappy and acts impatiently (even though there is not a long queue behind). They would slam the cash register in front of the customers and treat us like we are begging for the service. I think they just hate their job.
Maybe the unhappy staff could be reallocated to a back-office position because the product and food are very nice, shouldn't be ruined by some hysteric service staff. Shops around the area are usually very friendly and helpful, so it is a shame you walk into the store and ended up being treated in an unpleasantly rude way.

A good range of Japanese groceries to choose from. Sashimi boxes are very reasonable priced and super fresh. You'll even find imported Japanese farm produces here! Highly recommended.

Of you are after ingredients for some Japanese cooking, this is the place to be! They have almost everything. Easy parking in the streets around and also in the front of the store. Helpful and attentive stuff that will help you with any questions you may have.

Excellent for Japanese ingredients etc, a lifeline for me and my wife as we eat mostly Japanese food at home. Delivery service online is also a good deal on various items.

I was hoping to buy Natto but there wasn't a gluten free option. But other than that. It a good store.

This is a very nice neighbourhood Japanese sushi and grocery store. Lots of authentic Japanese products imported from Japan. The staff is very nice and helpful. The products are good quality and if you go at the right time to find sales it’s nice to get lots of goods to stock up.

Always used to go to central to get Japanese ingredients until I discovered this local place. The deli is also amazing, I loved the bento boxes and the sashimi (which was very fresh and reasonably priced). The staff was very friendly too. Great place!
