Great family business, have made many purchases over the years, prices very competitive, had gold chain repaired this week for half of expected cost. Would recommend to anyone looking for quality products as a fair price. MP

We actually went in to this shop for an engagement ring. I decided to get my grandmother's ring valued at the same time. A man came down, took one look at it and said 'we wouldn't be interested in that sort of thing' and walked away! Note to Hopper Ltd- talking to potential customers in a rude manner does not a customer make. It's simple really. You're in Boston, not Bond Street - loose the attitude.

I have been a Hopper customer for a lot of years now and will continue to use them as often as I possibly can. Whenever I call or visit S T Hopper I always feel extremely well looked after and I really appreciated the family business feel to the shopping experience with them. Tim, James and their team are very knowledgable about any watches, jewellery and gift ideas I've been interested in and the after-sales service has always been exceptional too. They always have a great variety of ever-changing stock and are always very fair on price. It's really nice not to ever feel pressured into buying anything and to be guided on other options or alternatives if I'm looking.
