Incredible service- I was recommended this jewellers from a friend who recently bought an engagement ring from here. I was planning on proposing to my partner and already had a ring but it needed repairing, resizing and cleaning. I messaged Henry rose via Facebook messenger and had a really friendly response telling me they could do it and gave me a rough idea of how long it would take. They were extremely professional and completed everything within two weeks, meaning I could ask her the big question whilst we were on holiday and make it extra special. They also included a beautiful presentation box which made the proposal even more special, thank you to everyone at Henry Rose. I fully trust them with all of my jewellery needs in the future.

I've just collected an 18ct Gold ring which I had bespoke made to order to replicate my late Grandfathers ring that I lost. The service I've received from Jason and Sam was nothing less than outstanding. From an original chat over what I wanted, to CAD design images through to manufacture and then delivery. Everything went perfectly. Jason and Sam communicated very regularly with updates on the progress of my piece. The finished result is an incredible, beautifully made ring that is exact to the original design I was presented with. I'm over the moon and would highly recommend this family business jeweller especially if you are looking for something a little bit different. They also had a fantastic range of luxury watches on display too. Thank you so much, I'm one very happy customer!!
