Fabulous service, I had two rings from my grandparents that were sitting in my jewellery box doing nothing. My husband paid for me to have them turned into some beautiful and stunning earrings. A lovely local shop for a special gift that is unique. Lots of choice to suit most budgets. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. They also offer jewellery alterations/resizing.

I don't normally write reviews but the service from the young lady that works there was appalling, bad attitude, inadequate service ( wire near clasp of necklace quite literally just wrapped around, and by no means secure ) far from professional. When i asked why it was not secured with crimp beads, they claimed not to know what i was on about... Good quality clasp was fitted just a shame it was done in an inadequate way.
