Absolutely worse communication between stores. Been to Westfield branch and been told I could get a refund or exchange my item in any of their shops even abroad. Upon arriving in this store I have been told they only do it on the original shop of purchase. Hopefully in the future they train their staff better. Now I have a unwanted jewellery in hands since I won’t return to UK for the next few months.

Member of staff was helpful and found us both the bracelet that we were looking for and a charm for it for my daughter. More stock of the non-figure charms would be helpful.

After walking round lost in Selfridges I decided to call Thomas Sabo. A lovely lady called Mylin answered and helped me find the store. She was able to fix the clasp on my charm (which timpsons quoted £35 to do). Not only that but she inspected my other charms on my bracelet and tightened the clasps on them and shined. Both Mylin and her colleague were super helpful and friendly. I’d highly recommend this store. Thank you
