Love going in the Ozcan walthamcross. They have a wide range of jewellery and are always happy to help. I have bought loads of jewellery from them and if there is something I want but they haven’t got in store they will try and get it for me if it’s possible. Recommend them to every one I know. They also do piecing there just got my ears pierced and so professional and help full thank you so much. Go check them out for all your jewellery and piecing needs . Had a necklace that I love need fixing for quite a while, quite a simple part that needed fixing but I was unable to do it myself, it's costume jewellery and an inexpensive necklace but I love it. Brought it in to see if it could be fixed, in 5 mins it was done, no charge. The lady and man were really lovely and helpful.

Handed my ring in as the stones keep falling out. The lady seemed to have abit of a attitude issue. Wasn't telling me much I felt abit awkward. I own 5 gold shops in dubai comparing my shop to this one, this one looks very amateur.

Will never buy from here again the manager was rude, terrible attitude and no customer service skills 😒
