Came to visit the jewellers shop, to pick out an engagement ring. Absolutely professional and friendly service from start to finish. Abby and Phil are lovely couldnt do enough. I am planning to revisit. Best experience... So happy :)

My partner and I wanted to find an art deco engagement ring and I came across Philip Lloyd via their eBay shop. Having shared a particular ring I liked with him, he questioned whether there were enough possible rings there to warrant the journey. After found 17 rings he liked on the websites first 3 pages alone, we planned a trip! Abby and her colleague couldn't have been more helpful and patient with us as I tried on what must have been 30 or so rings. They helped us choose the right one for us without ever hurrying us and once we had refined down, encouraged us to take a break to consider whether we wanted to make a purchase. We did and we could not love my ring more. After resizing, it arrived to us at home after only 3 working days. Incredible service. My partner summarised it as 'there were at least 8 rings we tried that in any other Jewellers would have ended up being the one'. My ring is so unique, and as we've shared our news the comments are consistently about how 'me' the ring we chose is. Thank you so much to Abby and the team. It made an already perfect experience even better. I couldn't recommend Philip Lloyd more.

Received my ring today and I am absolutely delighted with it. I was a bit apprehensive about buying online, but after much research decided to go ahead. Abby was quick to respond to my order, even though it was out of hours, and answered any questions I had.

I met Phil in the shop in Reigate and he re-designed and re-set an existing ring I had. The end result is a wonderful Art Deco sapphire and diamond ring - it fits perfectly and is a joy to wear. Helpful and considerate service from all at Phillip Lloyd along the way. Will definitely look at buying from them in the future.

I took my late Mum’s rings to Philip and asked if he could remake them into something like my lost engagement ring. The service was second to none from the start. Phil really listened to my requirements and communicated with me every step of the way, sending regular email updates as the work progressed. I collected my ring today - it is incredible!
