I’d damaged the clasp to my Rolex Submariner quite badly and didn’t know if it could be repaired. Offord’s watchmakers took it and after a couple of weeks returned a totally fixed watch. The repair cost was very reasonable. Overall I couldn’t be more pleased. I’ll be using Offord for all my future repairs and servicing.

I popped in this afternoon to see if they could fix my wedding ring that I had managed to bend out of shape. The kind lady took my ring and said ‘we can’t do it before Christmas I’m afraid’ then walked off for a few minutes. She then returned with my ring and it had been fixed! She did not want any money from me. I was extremely happy. They had also resized my wife’s engagement ring some 10 years ago, when other jewellers had said it couldn’t be done. The ring is still fine. An excellent family run business with a lovely range of jewellery and ornaments. Superb, friendly service. Highly recommend.

I wanted to purchase a Tennis Bracket for my wife for a very special birthday! My experience of dealing with Offord & Sons was that of very helpful staff members and no pressure to commit to a purchase there and then. I also wanted to buy locally, to have that reassurance that if anything were to happen I had the ability to remedy the situation with minimal fuss. All in all - highly recommended!
