Donna Laine - Fine Jewellery

We visited a number of different jewellers in west London and Berkshire, in the hope of trading in an old ring to help with the purchase of a new wedding ring. Donna offered us the most competitive deal by a long way. We were really pleased with the customer service we received on both visits to the shop. Donna and her colleagues provided a warm welcome and Donna was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to choosing a ring to complement my engagement ring. The shop has a lovely selection of rings to choose from. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, we cannot praise the company too highly. When compared with other jewellers (for widening by adding gold, to my wife’s wedding ring & renewing the detail), the staff were very helpful & the price was certainly the best value, with a perfect end result. We can thoroughly recommend this company.

What a joke had some cuff links valued by this shop who text me back saying they were just a white metal with white stones value being £144. Just got them back from Ernest jones jewellers who have said are platinum with diamonds and value £3800. Be careful and don’t get ripped off by this jeweller

If we could give more than 5 stars to this establishment then we would. We had visited a number of jewelers looking for an engagement ring and by far had the best experience here. It felt so personal and comfortable, which is likely part of the reason why we found the most beautiful ring here. Donna and her partner are both lovely, welcoming people who really know their trade. They made the whole experience feel really special and unique. We also had my partner's wedding ring made bigger here- which they did with such care, ensuring that his grandparent's initials are still perfectly in-tact. I absolutely love Donna Lane Jewllers. Recently I was lucky enough to experience nearly two hours in this beautiful small but perfect shop. I sat at a small table surrounded by glittering jewels, if a shop could hug, this one did. I've had a bad experience with Winchester jewellers in the past, but Donna and Nick put me at ease.with their easy friendly manner and professionalism. I took 3 rings in that I hadn't worn for many years because they were to small. Donna promised me they would come back looking sensational and she wasn't wrong, they sparkled I haven't seen them looking so good. The workmanship so fine, highly recommend Donna Laine, if you have jewellery that requires any kind of work. She will give them a new lease of life.
It will be no surprise when my birthday came my partner wanted to buy me an ever loving ring, with out hesitation we chose to go to Donna Laine, again a wonderful experience. I now wear a stunning white gold and diamond eternity ring, It is so beautiful I love it.

I chose Donna, Helen and Nick as my jewellers of choice this year. They are a fantastic team, open to ideas, creative and straightforward. I enjoyed updating a costume jewellery set of pearls from my Granny, then moved on to creating some earrings and a new ring from an old ring I didn't wear any more. This was back in the spring, and I still think they are amazing now!

Incredible service. My husband bought me a ring Saturday which needed resizing. With only 5 working days before Christmas I didn’t expect it to be back before the big day but on Wednesday I got a text to say it was ready for collection. Such fast service and the ring was hand delivered in order to be resized. Can’t ask for better service than this. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to buy a new or antique piece of jewellery in Winchester to go to Donna Laine first.
