Had my gate bracelet repaired. Not only did they replace pin as quoted, the safety chain was fixed, bracelet straightened out and it was cleaned. Excellent service, well pleased, it's like my bracelet is new again 😀

Very friendly service. Just needed a battery for a watch that had been sat in a drawer for a number of years. The battery was replaced, they even greased the winder and cleaned the inner glass. All for the price of the battery. Thank you.

My husbands watch had been over tightened and couldn't get back off, went to Tipson in fratton tesco who were going to charge £22 just for battery change but then went to goulds in north end. The staff were brilliant and the guy persiviered and after 20 mins did it and only charged £5.00 go to goulds couldn't recommend them more.
