Was served by LP, that's what the till receipt says. I informed the female adviser of the problems I have had previously with my earring stone setting. She advised me of a few products in the window, and suggested a bezel set cz silver stud, so much better and it has held well. She showed me a few earrings before I made my choice, she did not rush me, and was happy to help. The store was clean and tidy, she was well mannered and friendly. I hope this is fed back to the store or managers, she is a credit to your store and business.

Amazing place only place to go if u have a child who has an allergy to nickel as all their jewellery is nickel free!

Walked into foyer to view window displays, shop open and attendant behind cashier desk. Approximately 4.50/4.55pm.
Manager rushes into shop asking attendant if she was closing, saw customers and then said loudly with a loud huff 'eurg we should really have a sign that says we close at 5!'
Appalling customer service and no sales from us due to the complete rudeness of this woman - mid/late 20s, long brown hair patterned top.
Are they closing next week due to the lease being up or poor sales as a knock on effect from their service/sales skills?
