I bought what I thought and got told was a diamond ring from the shop for a present for my partner .As it turns out it wasn't a diamond but also did not get told they do NOT DO REFUNDS of money at all ...My partner tried the ring on ,did not wear it at all and we got told they would not even exchange the ring .I will never ever be shopping here ever again ,sadly my partner was very upset as we were going to buy a very pricey ring but we shall be taking our money else where .

Love the jewellery would love be some Verity on colour gems... If you have receipts no problem if missing gem or it breaks.
