Been using Triggs for many years now. Get all our jewelry from them. Engagement rings and both our wedding rings, etc. Proper old style customer service. Really lovely people to deal with and very friendly.

Always a pleasure to deal with the staff here. Friendly,helpful,not pushy. Excellent watch service. Replaced missing stone on ring bought for my wife free of charge.

Trigg's is an old-fashioned jewellers but I always use them when I can as they offer excellent customer service and are competitive with their prices. I took in a gold chain with a broken clasp which has been repaired. When I took it in he valued it and I got a bit of a shock with the valuation. The staff who work there are customer-focused and do a good job.

An Absolute disgrace. They ruined an expensive and beautiful diamond engagement ring through sheer amateur work. I went in to get the ring resized. Once we returned back to triggs for my fiancée to try on the ring she noticed that the structure of the ring was a lot thinner than it originally was. Straight away as soon as the owner heard this he became defensive and rude and began to say he is sick and tired of us He became defensive because he knew very well that he ruined a perfectly good ring. As he knew that the ring was now ruined he wanted nothing more to do with us so he told me to take the ring and leave whilst being threatening I took the ring to Ernest Jones and they couldn’t believe their eyes They told me that the metal of ring has become thin because he shouldn’t have resized it more than 2 sizes and that now the structural integrity of the ring is ruined. stay away from these amateurs don’t have your jewellery ruined by amateurs. Go to the experts otherwise you’ll regret it

Triggs made a beautiful engagement ring for my partner which looks absolutely stunning. It was quite a bit of work and they kept us updated during the process and the finished article looked better than we expected and it was a fair price too. Highly recommend this place!

I visited Triggs jewellers in Enfield Town , and I had a very bad experience . I only went in to get my my Indian gold bangles valued . The lady at the counter was very helpful , and said of course we can do that for you , I will just get someone for you . A small , man appeared after five minutes , and started to look at my bangles , asking whether I wanted to sell them . I told him that I was only looking to get them valued , then he switched , becoming very rude and aggressive , pushing my bangles towards me , saying , so you are not going to sell them to me . I said , well no ,not today . He said I’m not interested ,over and over again , saying , anyway they are Indian Gold , so I’m not interested . In other words , he would not value my bangles , because they were Indian gold , even after the lady had said that he would . This is the first time in my life , that I have ever received such appalling customer service , I would never recommend anyone to go to this jewellers. I don’t know who this miserable little man is , maybe the owner , I’m not sure . I then went to Giorgio’s Jewellers in Southgate , where the customer service was five star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ they made me such a good offer for my bangles so I sold them on the spot . I would highly recommend this jewellers to everyone in the area . 😊
