Not impressed........ wish I had not used this local business and I don't say that likely as I am a great supporter of local businesses. So slow, need chasing up.

Does 5 minutes (and I mean 5 minutes) to unlocking a door on a freezing cold day really make that much difference to a customer walking off!! Could have said just come in, be with you in a few minutes!!!!!!
But NO🤨 Customer Service!!!!!!
